What is your refund policy?
All refund requests must be made in writing by completing the refund form. The form must be received at least 10 days before the beginning of the week for which you wish to be reimbursed, otherwise the reimbursement cannot take place. We only reimburse full weeks. A 10% non-refundable administration fee applies to all cancellations.
What does a day at camp look like?
Our programs include 10 to 15 hours of specialized activity per week in addition to regular activities, such as sports, coop games, water games, etc. For more details check the program description in our Amilia enrollment software.
How much does a week of camp cost?
Depending on the program chosen, the cost varies between $293 and $339 per week.
Is daycare included?
The childcare service is available according to your needs on a weekly or daily basis. Please note that daycare services in the morning, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., is included with your camp registration. However, to benefit from the afternoon daycare services, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., you must register directly for this service.
