Parent Associations (AP\u00c9)<\/strong> play an important role in the life of Francophone schools in British Columbia. They provide parents with opportunities to get involved in school and community life and to support initiatives that contribute to students\u2019 well-being and success.<\/p>\n

The F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des parents francophones de la Colombie-Britannique (FPFCB)<\/strong> supports parent associations across the province by providing guidance, resources, training and networking opportunities.<\/p>\n

Why work with your AP\u00c9?<\/h3>\n

Your AP\u00c9 can be an important partner when developing an activity or project for students.<\/p>\n

Depending on its structure and the funding programs available, an AP\u00c9 may:<\/p>\n

  • provide financial support for a student activity;<\/li>\n
  • participate in planning a project;<\/li>\n
  • help engage parents and the school community;<\/li>\n
  • collaborate with the school and an external organization or service provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
