His enthusiasm, sense of humour, and energetic teaching style help him connect with students while making science engaging, accessible, and fun.<\/p>\n Over the past 25 years, \u00c9ric has developed more than 55 hands-on science workshops<\/strong> covering a wide range of topics, including biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, engineering, Earth and space science, and robotics. Every program is designed to spark curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and inspire students to explore the world around them.<\/p>\n Driven by a passion for innovation, \u00c9ric continues to develop new educational experiences that inspire the next generation of learners. His leadership, organizational skills, and ability to motivate his team play an essential role in delivering high-quality learning experiences for young people.<\/p>\n In 2020<\/strong>, \u00c9ric met Profaqua founder \u00c9ric Tremblay<\/strong>, and they quickly discovered a shared passion for education, science, and inspiring the next generation. Her dedication, leadership, and organizational skills quickly led her into coordination roles, where she now helps create safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for hundreds of young campers each year.<\/p>\n What motivates H\u00e9b\u00e9 most is seeing children grow in confidence, discover new passions, and return summer after summer with smiles on their faces.
